I am very sore today. I can tell that this is going to be an exceptional core workout and the best thing is I can't really tell I am working muscles while rolling and drilling.

Most of the obviously sore areas are in the front of my ribs, my back muscles, and my hip flexors.

It is also very obvious that the rolling portion is also a very good cardio workout.

I'm about to go to the house and stretch out real good then practice some transitions on the heavy bag.
